Last week I went to Bath and Body Works with a friend to buy some candles. I usually don't buy their candles because some of the throw wasn't great back then, but I decided to give them another chance. I bought 2 candles, Blueberry Sugar and Frozen Lake. Blueberry Sugar smells like cotton candy, it is a very sweet candle and that's what it reminds me of. Some people think I'm weird but it is what it is. Frozen Lake had my whole bag lit up and that's only on a cold throw...could you imagine lit?! The scent is indescribable but in a good way. I do smell a hint of eucalyptus but the other notes, I can't put my figure on it. I must say I am happy with my purchase, buy I'm more of a wallflower girl now. Thanks for reading!
I just wanted to share with you the awesome deals that a few stores had. Dollar Tree is getting in awesome Christmas items, Michael's had a crazy awesome sale...80% off all Halloween items and 60% off Fall items.
There is no secret that my love for Autumn/Halloween is insanely out of control at times, but that's what makes me..ME! For months I have been playing on how to decorate my Halloween tree. The hardest part of it all was spraying my green tree black. My hubby stepped in on that part! Lol but overall it was a lot of fun to do. I decided to not only put up a Halloween Tree but I created a whole theme around it. All my items that I bought were from Dollar Tree,Micheal's, and Walmart, and everything was on sale at half off or just $1.
Dollar Tree have some awesome Halloween decor! I purchased a few more items for my project and card making. I absolutely love Fall and Halloween is my favorite holiday, I can't express it enough! Lol Take a look at what I purchased from Dollar Tree.
I went to Dollar Tree before work yesterday (08/10/17) and I find some awesome finds and wishlist items. The first dope item I found was the scientific calculator, which cost about $10-$15 at Walmart...I got a small one from Dollar Tree for just a $1! I also picked up some Halloween stickers and other items. Check out the pictures below.

I know I am late putting up this blog..better late than never! Lol
The other night I made a dish called Cheesy Chicken & Pasta, I usually cook my chicken in the oven but I decided to switch it up a little. I did everything on the stove and it came out great!
If you would like to try it, here is everything you would need:
Angel Hair Pasta
Chicken Breast (boneless)
Onion & Garlic Powder
Sazon con Culantro y Achiote
Chicken Stock or Broth low sodium
How To Prepare:
Boil your pasta until they are aldente, drain your pasta, fill a pot with cold water, add the pasta in the cold water for a few minutes..just to stop the cooking process. (overcooked pasta is a no no) Lol...drain the pasta and set it aside. You can do this before or after your chicken is done.
Wash your chicken, place chicken in a pot (big enough to hold sauce and meat).
Season your chicken with all the dry ingredients above, pour in chicken broth or stock until it covers the chicken. Sprinkle in some minced onion.
Cook on medium heat and cover....make sure to keep sticking your chicken to make sure it's getting nice and tender. Once it's nice and soft and almost falling apart add in your sauce, mix well. If there is any broth left in the pot, that's fine! Once the chicken is drenched in sauce, add your cheese on top, cover the pot and let the heat melt the cheese.
(make sure to turn off your pot when you are adding the cheese)
Get a plate, add some pasta and layer it with chicken & sauce...Enjoy!
This dish goes well with any drink you prefer!
