Cooking With Less Salt

There are a lot of ways to bring out the flavor in your meat. It's all about how you do it!

Let's say you want to make a pan of baked chicken for Sunday day (yummy) ok all you have to do is clean your chicken...cut up some onions, chop up some garlic or use minced garlic in the jar. 

Rub the garlic on the chicken, place it in a zip lock bag and add the onions, let it marinate over night.
(pepper is optional)

Just by using those two things will give your chicken a great taste and you could also do this for beef as well or your choice of meat.


Here are some other options:

Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Fresh Garlic
Fresh Onion
Scallions
Broth (chicken or beef) diluted with a 1/2 cup of water
Teaspoon of Adobo
