Some people think my obsession with Halloween is a bit much, who cares...I love all things Fall & Halloween.

Dollar Tree Wishlist Items

Today my friend and I went shopping for some new items at Dollar Tree and I must say we were successful finding most of the things we want. Take a look 👇

Cheesy Chicken & Pasta

I know I am late putting up this blog..better late than never! Lol

The other night I made a dish called Cheesy Chicken & Pasta, I usually cook my chicken in the oven but I decided to switch it up a little. I did everything on the stove and it came out great!

If you would like to try it, here is everything you would need:

Angel Hair Pasta
Chicken Breast (boneless)
Pasta Sauce
Shredded Cheese
Onion & Garlic Powder
Minced Onion
Sazon con Culantro y Achiote
Chicken Stock or Broth low sodium


How To Prepare:

Boil your pasta until they are aldente, drain your pasta, fill a pot with cold water, add the pasta in the cold water for a few minutes..just to stop the cooking process. (overcooked pasta is a no no) Lol...drain the pasta and set it aside. You can do this before or after your chicken is done.

Wash your chicken, place chicken in a pot (big enough to hold sauce and meat).
Season your chicken with all the dry ingredients above, pour in chicken broth or stock until it covers the chicken. Sprinkle in some minced onion.

Cook on medium heat and cover....make sure to keep sticking your chicken to make sure it's getting nice and tender. Once it's nice and soft and almost falling apart add in your sauce, mix well. If there is any broth left in the pot, that's fine! Once the chicken is drenched in sauce, add your cheese on top, cover the pot and let the heat melt the cheese.
(make sure to turn off your pot when you are adding the cheese)

Dig In!

Get a plate, add some pasta and layer it with chicken & sauce...Enjoy!
This dish goes well with any drink you prefer!

Dollar Tree...A Great Way To Save Money!

Let's Talk About The Dollar Tree....

Dollar Tree is a great store to do some grocery shopping and buy for your home..garden..bedroom..etc. The main important thing that everyone loves about the Dollar Tree is, you can buy everything for $1! Yes Dollar Tree is the place to be!

You can save $50 on just snack to take to movie theaters, we all know how expensive it is to buy food or snacks at the movie theater, so why not stop Dollar Tree and spent about $10 and save $40...Sounds good to me!

Buying household products are also a big hit! You don't only have to buy their brand but..'you can get name brand items as well without breaking the bank. Dollar Tree also take coupons, yes you heard correctly...so get to clipping and save more!

I think everyone should experience the Dollar Tree, it's a great place to shop for gifts & more!

Attention Moms!.....

Dove now has products for babies...isn't that exciting! 

I was in Target getting my regular weekly toiletries and I came across the Dove Baby Wash. Dove is really a great brand, their soap is mild...I haven't had any problems using Dove. Sometimes you can catch great value coupons in the newspaper or online at coupons.com

I think Dove really hit this one out the park! So many moms are looking for mild soap for their babies.

Affordable Summer Fun...CoCo Key

The summer is coming and the kids are going to be out of school soon. 
Around this time parents are trying to put together an affordable trip for their children and other activities.

As a Florida resident there are a lot of cool things to do. Let's talk about CoCo Key. 
I stumbled on this resort driving to Tampa, I was like wow a hotel resort with a indoor and outdoor water park...how cool is that! Everyone seems to think that Disney World is the only place for family fun, but it can be very expensive. I'm not saying you should never go to Disney World, I went and it is a experience that kids should have but there are just other places to go and have family fun.
